Galaxy Group may refer to:
A gravitationally bound collection of a few to dozens of galaxies (a type of galaxy grouping in astronomy).
A nearby galaxy group centered on the spiral galaxy Messier 81 (M81).
The galaxy group that includes the Milky Way, the Andromeda Galaxy, and many smaller galaxies.
Although a cluster rather than a group, it contains many galaxy groups and is a major nearby extragalactic structure sometimes loosely referenced alongside “galaxy groups.”
